Bay Area CouncilREPORT TO STATE 2025

Report to State 2025

Join us for the 75th annual Report to the State of Texas. All 18 councils in Texas are invited to participate. The method of participation is the formation of a delegation. Because of space limitations at the hotel and at the Capital, and time constraints, the size of each delegation is restricted to a maximum of 25 youth and adults including your council’s youth representative. His/her primary task is to deliver your council’s official report at the designated report location. Only Scout youth member delegates will be allowed on the floor of the House of Representatives due to space limitations. The other adults in your delegation will be able to sit in the gallery of the House of Representatives. Please understand this is a report to a state official, not necessarily the Governor. Delegates are youth only.

PURPOSE: A report to Texas on Scouting’s achievements from each council in Texas.

DATE: February 1, 2025
