Cub-O-Ree 2027
Cub-O-Ree is a weekend camping event for Cub Scouts and their families. Enjoy this fun-filled weekend with games, crafts, and more!
TIME: Gates open at 4 p.m. on Friday. Check out by 11 a.m.
DATE: April 9-11, 2027
LOCATION: Camp Karankawa, 3249 FM 1549 Rd., Sweeny, TX 77480
COST: (Includes Saturday lunch)
- $30 per Cub Scout/Sibling; Scouts BSA are siblings at this event
- $5 per Adult
- Complimentary for siblings 4 years and under

PACKING LIST:
- BSA Health and Medical form (Required - Parts A & B for all participants)
- YPT for all Adults (required)
- Minimum of ONE adult from each pack must have BALOO (TWO recommended)
- Food, excluding Saturday lunch.
- Tent
- Sleeping bag
- Ground pad
- Cot
- Water bottle
- Cooking gear
- Sleeping gear
- Closed toed shoes (No Crocs or sandals!)
- Rain gear, if needed
- Sunscreen
- Bug spray
- Toiletries
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED TO RUN SHOOTING RANGES: Rangemaster Training will be held on Friday evening. Please indicate your interest in the registration. A Rangemaster is a volunteer who helps on the BB and Archery ranges under the supervision of a Range Safety Officer (RSO). We need several Rangemasters so no one has to be on the ranges the whole day.
